To find your perfect size, measure the circumference of your waist, at the narrowest point, above the hips. Our products are true to size and fit similarly to other designer brands, but may fit a little tighter when compared to budget brands. Without a doubt my absolute favorite underwear! I'm a straight, 34 year old male. I have tried many different things, but these take the win! Comfort all day long! Keeps everything cool and in place. Sizing chart was accurate. I'm around 33" waist and an above average size "pickle " and a medium was perfect.
