International Shipping

• All items are shipped in fully discrete packaging. However, as required by law, the contents of the package may be listed on the customs documents on the exterior of the package. When possible, the contents will be described broadly, such as "men's underwear" or "men's swimwear."
  
  
• Packages will arrive within an estimated 6-18 business days using our recommended Premier Shipping option. 
  
  
• Premier Shipping is our tailored shipping service that will save you an average of 55% against comparable shipping methods. This method utilizes USPS (the United States Postal Service) and your country's local partnered shipping provider. We hand the package to USPS, and when it clears customs in your country, a local shipping provider will pick it up and deliver it to you. Your Premier Shipping can be tracked either on the USPS website or on the Asendia website
  
  
• The cost of any customs fees that may be incurred by importing our products into your country are not included in the cost of your order and must be paid separately to the appropriate governing body. Any and all customs duties are fully are the the responsibility of the customer.

• Door to door tracking information is available for all orders with the exception of some orders shipped to Mexico.
  
  
• All orders will be processed and shipped next business day.
