Returns and Refunds
You won't get caught with your pants down while wearing anything but the perfect pair. If you feel like your order might not qualify for a return or refund, feel free to reach out to us anyway! It's our job to make you as happy as possible.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If any products are damaged, defective, or significantly different than described, we will happily refund your purchase, replace the item, or offer store credit for the full purchase amount, no returns necessary. You must inform us within 30 days of receiving the item. You may be required to provide photo evidence of your claim.
Open & Worn Items
Any unopened items can be returned for a full refund using your preferred shipping method, at your expense. "Outerwear" that has been opened and tried on, can be returned. However, underwear and tight swimwear that have been tried on are not eligible for return. If you have questions about your item, reach out to us at help@awrymenswear.com or on our contact page.
For international orders (outside the USA) only the cost of items purchased is refundable. Any duties, taxes, and shipping costs are fully non-refundable.
Goods Not Received
If your purchase is ever lost in transit, you will be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
Domestic packages (within the United States) can be considered lost in transit if tracking information has not updated in 7 calendar days. International packages can be considered lost in transit if tracking information has not updated in 14 calendar days.
If your order tracking information indicates your goods as having been delivered, then you may not be eligible for a refund or replacement due to your goods not being received.
If you have entered your shipping address incorrectly, you may not eligible for a replacement or refund should your goods not arrive.
Sizing Issues
If you recieved a size different that what you ordered, we will happily reship you the corrct size, free of charge. If you recieved the correct size, but it does not fit you properly feel free to reach out to us too. We are here to help.
Refund Method
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 72 hours of approval.
Sale Items
Sale items cannot be refunded or replaced unless they arrive as damaged, defective, or significantly different than described.
Cancellations
If you request a cancellation within one hour of making an order, your order will be refunded in full upon confirming the cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancelation requests will be accepted after one hour because your order may have already been processed and shipped. Orders in mid-transit cannot be canceled.
