Returns and Refunds
You won't get caught with your pants down while wearing anything but the perfect pair. If any products arrive as damaged, defective, or significantly different than described, we will happily refund your purchase or replace the item. You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the item and keep the product in the condition it arrived. You may be required to provide photo evidence of your claim to qualify for a refund or replacement.
Any unopened items can be returned for a full refund using your preferred shipping method, at your expense.
Goods Not Received
If your purchase is ever lost in transit, you will be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
If your order tracking information indicates your goods as having been delivered, then you may not eligible for a refund or replacement due to your goods not being received.
If you have entered your shipping address incorrectly, you may not eligible for a replacement or refund should your goods not arrive.
Due to hygienic reasons, we are not able to accept returns on any opened packages. However, if you believe your product was mis-sized and does not fit you properly please reach out to us. We will always try to help get you in a pair that fits you perfectly!
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 72 hours of approval.
Sale items cannot be refunded or replaced unless they arrive as damaged, defective, or significantly different than described.
If you request a cancellation within one hour of making an order, your order will be refunded in full upon confirming the cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancelation requestions will be accepted after one hour because your order may have already been processed and shipped. Orders in mid-transit cannot be canceled.
