30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If any products are damaged, defective, or significantly different than described, we will happily refund your purchase no returns necessary. To qualify, please let us know within 30 days of receiving the item. You may be required to provide photo evidence of your claim.
Free Returns & Exchanges
Any unopened items can be returned at no cost for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. To qualify, please let us know within 30 days of receiving the item.
"Outerwear" that has been opened and tried on can be returned. Please make sure the product is in it's original condition, has not been washed, that no tags have been removed, and in original packaging.
Underwear and tight swimwear that have been tried on are not eligible for return due to hygienic reasons. However, just because you can’t return it doesn’t mean we can’t hook you up with a refund, exchange, or store credit. Just reach out and we’ll find the right fix for you.
For international orders (shipped outside the USA) only the cost of items purchased is refundable. Any duties, taxes, and shipping costs are fully non-refundable. We do not offer free returns on international orders.
Goods Not Received
If your purchase is ever lost in transit, you will be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
Domestic packages (within the United States) can be considered lost in transit if tracking information has not updated in 7 calendar days. International packages can be considered lost in transit if tracking information has not updated in 14 calendar days.
If your order tracking information indicates your goods as having been delivered, then you may not be eligible for a refund or replacement due to your goods not being received.
If you have entered your shipping address incorrectly, you may not be eligible for a replacement or refund should your goods not arrive.
“Oops” Items
All "oops” items are final sale. They are not eligible for a return, exchange, store credit, or refund.
Cancellations
If you request a cancellation within one hour of making an order, your order will be refunded in full upon confirming the cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation requests will be accepted after one hour as your order may have already been processed and shipped. Orders in mid-transit cannot be canceled.
Refund Method
All refunds will be applied to your original method of payment method. Most funds will be returned within 72 hours, however this timeframe may vary depending on your financial institution.
