HEAD OF AFFILIATE MARKETING
THE ROLE
This is a full-time, salaried roll with performance bonuses directly linked to a % of total sales generated through the affiliate program.
We're looking for a driven, creative, and analytically sharp Head of Influencer & Affiliate Marketing to own and scale AWRY's creator and performance partnerships. This is an opportunity to overhaul, refine, and scale a program with real autonomy. You'll define the strategy, recruit and manage creators, own the affiliate tech stack, and be directly accountable for revenue driven through partnerships across all major platforms.
This role sits at the center of culture and commerce. You'll be equally comfortable analyzing GMV data in TikTok Seller Center and sliding into a creator's DMs with a pitch that doesn't sound like a brand.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Build, refine, scale, and manage AWRY's affiliate program across TikTok Shop, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and other key platforms from strategy through execution
- Recruit, vet, and onboard a diverse roster of nano, micro, and mid-tier creators aligned to AWRY's brand and target audience
- Set commission structures, campaign briefs, and performance benchmarks that attract quality creators and drive measurable revenue
- Own the full creator lifecycle — outreach, negotiation, onboarding, content review, payment, and relationship management
- Plan and execute live shopping events, product drops, and seasonal campaigns in partnership with creators
- Build and lead a small affiliate and influencer team as the program scales
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics including GMV, ROAS, affiliate-driven revenue, creator engagement rates, and commission efficiency
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and creator trends — especially on TikTok — and adapt strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with the broader marketing, product, and creative teams to align creator content with brand campaigns and launches
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or a closely related role, ideally for a physical-product D2C brand
- Proven track record of building or scaling an affiliate or influencer program that drove significant, measurable revenue
- Deep understanding of TikTok Shop's affiliate ecosystem
- Strong grasp of other platforms' affiliate and partnership tools
- Data-driven mindset — you can build a performance dashboard, read GMV trends, and use analytics to make fast decisions
- Excellent relationship builder — creators want to work with you because you're genuine, responsive, and actually understand their content
- Strong written communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with affiliate management platforms
- Familiarity with UGC content strategy and how to brief creators effectively
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT ASSOCIATE
JOB OVERVIEW
This is an entry-level, part-time, hybrid role with a strong potential for growth.
We're looking for a people-first, digitally fluent Community Engagement Associate to be the friendly, responsive face of AWRY online. You'll handle day-to-day customer and creator interactions across chat (and sometimes phone), interact with our community across all social media platforms, help identify new influencer talent that fits the AWRY, help find and compile UGC, and be a part of a variety of other brand initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and phone — resolving issues quickly, warmly, and on-brand
- Monitor and engage with comments, DMs, and mentions across Facebook, IG, Tiktok, X, and Reddit.
- Compile and organize user-generated content (UGC) — tracking posts, stories, and reels where AWRY is tagged
- Flag standout UGC to the marketing team for potential reposting or campaign use
- Research and identify new influencer and creator talent across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond
- Maintain and update the influencer discovery tracker with new prospects, contact info, and notes
- Build early rapport with potential creator partners through genuine, non-robotic outreach
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team member when needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong written communication — you write like a human, not a help desk template
- Comfortable on the phone and in live chat environments — patient, clear, and solution-oriented
- Active and fluent on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Snapchat, Reddit— you know the culture, not just the platforms
- Highly organized — you can know your way around a spreadsheet, google drive, and dropbox
- Self-starter who doesn't need to be told what to do twice
- Genuine interest in apparel or creator culture is a big plus
- Prior experience in customer support, community management, or influencer research is a bonus, not a requirement

LEAD CONTENT CREATOR
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is full-time, in-person, contract-to-hire position. You must be in Austin, TX or be willing to relocate.
We’re hiring a Lead Content Creator to help define the face and voice of AWRY across paid and organic digital media. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for someone who lives for creating digital content, loves being in front of the camera and behind it, understands internet culture, and wants real creative control at a fast-growing, unapologetically bold men’s brand.
This is our first in-house full-time content creator role and you will be working directly with the founder, brand manager, designers, influencers, fashion photographers, and other key players to shape and grow the brand’s digital identity.
We’re growing fast and need you to help put gasoline on the fire.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Concepting → Shooting → Editing→Posting→Iterating: Own end-to-end creation of static and short-form video content (UGC-style, behind the scenes, fit checks, product close-ups, etc.).
- UGC Editing: Transform raw creator footage into high-performing ads with tight pacing, crisp hooks, captions, and platform-consistent edits.
- Photo Editing: Turn static photos into engaging image ads or attention-grabbing videos.
- Leveraging AI prompting to ideate, create, edit, and iterate a whole lot of content at lightning speed.
ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for a creative, fun, and scrappy individual with the energy of a creator, the mind of a producer, and an editor's attention to detail. If you don’t like moving fast and getting your hands dirty with a lot of different responsibilities, this job isn’t for you.
You should…
- Have several years of experience creating organic & paid media for other D2C physical-product brands (ideally in apparel)
- Have a strong portfolio and proven track record of creating high-performing and engaging short-form and static content
- Ooze with out-of-the-box ideas and have the skillset and gusto to execute on those ideas.
- Have strong chops in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut, plus Photoshop/Lightroom (or equivalents).
- Have a Basic Production Skillset: Plan quick shoots; set basic lighting; capture handheld and tripod shots; record clean audio. Know on-set basics: exposure, white balance, framing, and practical lighting.
- Be knees-deep in every major social media platform with an analytical eye for platform specific trends and high-performing content.
- Have an insane work ethic, infectious enthusiasm, and capacity to ship top-notch deliverables quickly. If you like to coast along and move at a leisurely pace, more power to you, but this won't be the right work environment for you.
- Love being on camera.

- Have strong graphic design skills
- A fashion/apparel background or obsession
- Have proven experience using the most recent AI models (such as Nano Banana Pro) to create content.
