To find your perfect size, measure the circumference of your waist, at the narrowest point, above the hips. Our products are true to size and fit similarly to other designer brands, but may fit a little tighter when compared to budget brands. I'm 6'3" 180 34" waist and I bought a M. These shorts are great. They fit well in the crotch and butt. They are stylish. The material is soft and stretchy. I bought them for pickleball and they were great. I was concerned that the length of the short might be longer than I like for pickleball. I don't like to have to pull up the legs. But these shorts moved with me. There was no problem with PB. I would buy more of this style for everyday wear. They look good.
