Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Minimum Order Value & Tiered Discounts

The minimum value for wholesale orders is $250 USD. This can be any combination of items in our wholesale portal. There are no item-specific MOQs. An automatic discount of an additional 5% will be applied to orders over $2,000 USD. Any discount you may see in emails, advertisements, on the standard website, and elsewhere will not apply to wholesale orders. Wholesale pricing will appear in USD only in our wholesale portal. However, you can pay using your local currency at checkout.

Payment & Net Terms

Whole orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Net terms are not available for wholesale orders.

Return Policy

All wholesale orders are final. Returns are not accepted.

Cancelation Policy

Wholesale orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase or anytime prior to shipping label purchase or order shipment. Once a shipping label has been purchased or your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Third Party Marketplaces

Wholesale buyers are not permitted to list any AWRY® products on any third party marketplaces including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, and Etsy.

Minimum Advertised Price

Wholesale buyers are not permitted to list any online products below the MSRP. This restriction does not apply to prices listed in physical storefronts. The MSRP is equal to the current price of the item listed on Awrymenswear.com, or the “compare at price” if the item is being discounted at Awrymenswear.com. These prices are subject to change.

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs will be invoiced separately from your wholesale order. When you place your order, there will be a “Free Shipping” option that you must select. This does not mean shipping is free. After your order is placed, we will calculate the shipping costs for your order and send you a separate invoice via email. If you would like a shipping estimate prior to checkout please reach out to your designated wholesale representative. By default, wholesale orders will be shipped via UPS. Special shipping requests can be accommodated.

Photography Use

Wholesale buyers are permitted to reuse any studio product photography and logos found on awrymenswear.com. These can be downloaded directly from the website. Wholesalers are not permitted to use any UGC (user generated content) from our website or social media. For questions or help accessing photos, please reach out to your designated wholesale rep.

Item Availability

Select items that appear on our front-facing site may not be available for purchase in our wholesale portal.

Our wholesale terms are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to deactivate your wholesale account at any time for any reason.
