Yeah, you read that right. Now of course we have ridiculously high standards for the products we sell and the support we give you. Our products are awesome and we're not afraid to say it. Shockingly comfy materials, flattering cuts, unique designs… you get it. They’re good. Just take a peek at our reviews (or get a pair for yourself) if you’re skeptical. But...
We have problems
AWRY launched in 2023 out of a garage and a spare bedroom (yeah, we’re that new).
We like to move fast and push boundaries. Our products are probably pretty different from what you’ve seen elsewhere. But when you try new things and move fast, sometimes things go awry (pun intended).
In our short history we’ve made more than our fair share of mistakes. Here’s just a few.

We’re not here to pretend we’ve nailed every detail from day one. But here’s the thing: we learn fast. Every flaw, every issue, every bit of feedback—it all fuels us to do better.
We believe in radical transparency
We don't hide our problems, because we understand that if you can’t trust us, we won't survive. If something isn’t right, we’ll let you know as soon as we know. Sometimes, that means you might even score a killer deal on the "oops" section— which is where we sell out flawed but still fabulous pieces at a very steep discount.
We actually care, a whole lot
If you ever receive any product that doesn’t meet your expectations, we will make it right. No excuses, no hoops to jump through. Even if we think a product is fabulous, it’s your opinion that matters most.
Your satisfaction means a lot more to us than making a quick buck. You expect high standards from us. We expect even higher standards from ourselves. If we ever fall short, we’ll fix it.
