Our products are true to size and fit similarly to other designer brands, but may fit a little tighter when compared to budget brands. Not as good as other AWRY thongs for a well-endowed man
I originally ordered this in size M, because I have an 83-cm waist. This turned out to be too small for me, because I have a large genital-to-waist ratio.
Now I have it in size L. This fits better, and it doesn't look too loose, but it's not as good as other AWRY thongs I have in this size. It still feels a little tight on my genitals, though it's tolerable. The pressure I feel on the front side is mostly on the penis. Because of the seam in the middle, it has little vertical stretch. While my balls have not yet fallen out during regular activity, it has happened a little while lying in bed in them.
These problems are because I have a large genital-to-waist ratio, so it's not a great fit even at the closest size. Ideally I would have a larger pouch size without being looser overall. Perhaps AWRY should consider making larger-pouch versions of the S, M, and L-size thongs.
All that being said, I find it quite flattering whenever I see the rear of this thing in the mirror. It would probably be a good choice for someone with a more typical genital size.

Incredibly Comfortable!
I bought the four pack of the signature thong and I gotta say they are the most comfortable thongs I have worn. I have tried thongs before, and it was hard finding something that fits comfortably and supports the package. Love everything about these underwear. For starters, it's a two in one, you have a jockstrap and a thong together, giving you a sexy look. The fabric is very light, comfortable and stretchy, so their is enough room for the boys. My only if is I feel like the pouch is a bit tight on the sides but you can hardly notice it when your out and about. Overall, I love everything about these jock thongs.
