To find your perfect size, measure the circumference of your waist, at the narrowest point, above the hips. Our products are true to size and fit similarly to other designer brands, but may fit a little tighter when compared to budget brands. 5'8 160lbs usually fit between a 30-32 size pant. For these I chose a size medium and they fit perfect. They hug my thighs and keeps the package snug up front out of the way from chafing. I wish the pouch was a tad longer as the fabric doesnt stretch enough and causes some bending whenever an erection occurs. Otherwise they're so comfortable and just what I've been looking for in a pair of boxer briefs.
