To find your perfect size, measure the circumference of your waist, at the narrowest point, above the hips. Our products are true to size and fit similarly to other designer brands, but may fit a little tighter when compared to budget brands. I love these shorts. They fit snug but not too tight. I like that they sit low on the hips and have no draw string. I bought a med. I'm 6'3" 188 34" wasit. I wear a thong with them to have a more smooth look. They do enhance your body. I think a size larger would still fit well maybe not as snug. I wear them to play pickleball. They are perfect. They don't ride up and allow for movement. I will buy more.
