To find your perfect size, measure the circumference of your waist, at the narrowest point, above the hips. Our products are true to size and fit similarly to other designer brands, but may fit a little tighter when compared to budget brands. I'm 33" waist, 6' Long waisted, 212#. I purchased the (medium) Oatmeal colored one, then ordered the Blue, and now just ordered the Black one. I've been asked where the heck I got these from. I would love to see the same product in a just over the knee legging as well for summer workouts.

The Best Joggers
I have been looking for joggers like this for what feels like years. They are stretchy (so they show off your legs and anything else you’d want to show off) and have a lower rise so there’s no extra fabric on top. Extremely comfortable and perfect quality.

Feel Amazing!
I love the FLOW Joggers, especially after running or working out, they feel amazing on my legs. The Freestyle Joggers are great to wear while running, and then these FLOWs are great for afterward. Then switch too Cloud loungers for sleep!
