To find your perfect size, measure the circumference of your waist, at the narrowest point, above the hips. Our products are true to size and fit similarly to other designer brands, but may fit a little tighter when compared to budget brands. While these look great the pouches are too small and fit incorrectly. There is a complete lacking of elasticity. You have these on for a couple of hours and the leg openings are stretched out and completely loose their shape and form. Sorry guys not good, a rethinking of materials is in order.
