Initial reaction was that the material seemed really thin and probably would not hold up very long. First try on felt OK. The underwear is true to size. I wear a medium and for reference and 5 foot 6 150 pounds. The pouch is designed great, plenty of room for my package. The only negative is that the waist kind of slips down as it’s not a very strong waistband, but it’s a fun sexy every day thong you can wear.
