These are extremely comfortable and beautiful if you pick the right size. I’m a weightlifter and my butt is on the developed size. I usually wear small but since my butt is bigger than average, I find that sizing up to medium is much more comfy for me.
There isn’t a huge difference between small and medium but that little extra fabric makes the thong much more comfortable long term.

I will tell you this... Great item, hard to find that cut for the rear. If you have a good set of glutes, it will stay up. The pouch is perfect even if endowed. Please size up. I'm a 34w and the medium didn't fit, the large struggles to fit. So please size up and disregard their size chart. Very durable, comfortable and nice fit
